Oil, gas, and integrated hydrocarbon solutions
Hydrocarbons are not an end in themselves; they are the engine that powers the rest of the sovereign program—mines, refineries, water treatment, and industrial parks. GEROS couples upstream, midstream, and downstream with power systems, water, logistics, and finance to create integrated value that outlasts field decline curves. The same corridors that move crude can move refined products; the same gas capture system can power a gold plant; the same ESG dashboard can cover methane and mine water. Integration multiplies impact.
We field reservoir engineers, drilling and completions specialists, facilities/process engineers, midstream planners, and refinery/LNG architects alongside modular fabrication yards, mobile LNG vendors, and pipeline/terminal builders. We use a DfMA modular approach to deliver micro‑refineries (distillation/hydrotreating), containerized well pads, and small‑scale LNG that reach mechanical completion in months where permitting/logistics align—anchored by predictive maintenance, telemetry, and cybersecurity that keep assets available.
Our geoscience teams re‑process seismic, reinterpret stratigraphy, and run AI reservoir models to rank prospects and plan phased development. Slimline appraisal and containerized pads accelerate the yes/no on commerciality; artificial lift and flow assurance strategies are baked in early. We tie flare‑gas capture and compression to power or LNG chains so environmental benefits accompany first oil.
We design sovereign‑aligned pipelines, heated rail, barge chains, storage hubs, and coastal terminals with redundancy to bypass chokepoints. Metering, LACT units, and custody transfer skids standardize quality and shrink losses. Corridors are shared with minerals and refined products wherever feasible, raising utilization and strengthening tariff retention.
Micro‑refining creates domestic fuel security; mobile LNG turns stranded gas into power and industrial feedstock; modular terminals enable flexible export and multi‑buyer strategies. Commodity‑linked offtake and price hedging stabilize revenue; streaming/royalty financing and ECA/DFI participation reduce sovereign debt loads.
Zero‑routine‑flaring architecture, methane detection and capture, closed‑loop produced‑water systems, and biodiversity offsetting meet international benchmarks. Local‑content programs build durable skills; grievance mechanisms and transparent reporting build trust with communities and financiers.
Field‑to‑control‑room telemetry, digital twins for commissioning and debottlenecking, and AI‑driven maintenance lower OPEX and unplanned downtime. Blockchain‑backed custody records are available for buyers and regulators who require verifiable provenance.
Days to first oil/gas; methane intensity; flare volume; availability/OEE; incidents/TRIFR; local‑content %; LCOE for gas‑to‑power; and corridor uptime. These metrics allow governments and investors to track progress in real time.
A hydrocarbon platform that produces early cash flow, fuels national industry, and underwrites corridors and utilities that lift every other sector in the Integrated Resource Matrix.
