Fast‑track hydrocarbons and low‑carbon liquids—one portfolio
Hydrocarbons remain essential to powering mines, plants, desalination, logistics, and industry—while biofuels decarbonize transport and aviation. GEROS treats them as parts of one integrated portfolio: upstream resources, midstream corridors, micro‑refining, small‑scale LNG, gas‑to‑power, and biofuels (HVO/HEFA, ethanol, biomethane)—all stitched to water, ESG, and digital governance. The outcome is speed to first molecules, lower supply risk, and infrastructure that also lifts other sectors.
We combine geoscientists, reservoir and drilling engineers, facilities/process designers, pipeline and terminal planners, micro‑refinery and LNG specialists, biofuels technologists, grid and market designers, ESG experts, and commodity‑finance teams with fabricators, EPCs, and logistics partners. That expert‑operator mix standardizes DfMA modules and execution playbooks—cutting schedule and cost.
We re‑interpret legacy seismic, execute targeted appraisal, and stand up containerized well pads. Associated gas is captured and routed to power or LNG, preventing flaring. Slimline completion designs and artificial lift strategies are built in. Surface facilities emphasize modularity and relocation where field profiles are uncertain.
Pre‑engineered 10–30 kbpd distillation/hydrotreating trains deliver domestic fuels security; small‑scale LNG enables dual‑fuel industry and transport; gas‑hybrid microgrids provide reliable power for mines and conversion plants. Each module is factory‑tested, then set, hooked up, and commissioned quickly where permitting/logistics align.
We design renewable diesel/HEFA (hydrotreated feedstocks) where feedstock logistics and policy justify; ethanol/biodiesel where agronomic supply chains are strong; biogas/biomethane from waste streams to displace diesel in industry or inject into networks. Certification and traceability are built into feedstock and product chains.
Sovereign‑aligned pipelines, heated rail, barge chains, storage hubs, and coastal terminals bypass chokepoints and keep tariffs local. Metering and custody‑transfer standards, plus bonded logistics, provide predictability for shippers and lenders. Corridors are multi‑commodity by design (fuels, LNG, minerals), increasing utilization.
Zero‑routine flaring by design, methane detection/capture, closed‑loop water for produced and process water, biodiversity safeguards, and local‑content programs are standard. Transparent dashboards and third‑party audits align with international expectations.
Streaming/royalty and commodity‑backed facilities provide upfront capital while preserving sovereign ownership. Offtake with refiners, utilities, and airlines stabilizes revenue; selective hedging reduces downside risk during ramp‑up.
Field‑to‑terminal telemetry, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and blockchain‑backed custody reduce downtime and increase trust. Integrated security and political‑risk insurance protect assets and throughput.
Days to first oil/gas; micro‑refinery/LNG availability; methane intensity; flare volume; LCOE for gas‑to‑power; corridor uptime; offtake coverage and diversification; safety and local‑content metrics.
A hydrocarbon + biofuels platform that delivers early cash flow, lowers imports and emissions, and powers the rest of the national resource strategy.
