From discovery to LBMA‑grade bullion—sovereign control by design
Gold and precious metals create monetary stability, industrial inputs, and strategic leverage. But the economics (and credibility) of the value chain depend just as much on power, water, logistics, security, and finance as they do on grade and recovery. GEROS is deliberately sector‑agnostic so the same microgrids that power a refinery can stabilize a gold plant, the same water‑reuse system can serve mine and town, and the same sovereign corridor can move bullion, reagents, and fuels. Integration reduces capex, shortens schedules, and keeps more value inside the host nation.
We bring together orogenic and intrusion‑related gold geologists, geochemists, geophysicists, geometallurgists, mine planners, process metallurgists, refinery specialists, bullion custody experts, ESG practitioners, and commodity‑finance professionals. They work hand‑in‑glove with drilling contractors, modular plant OEMs, accredited refiners, vaulting providers, and secure logistics partners. The result is a whole‑of‑chain architecture that moves projects from discovery to LBMA‑compliant product—fast, audited, and sovereign‑aligned.
We fuse multispectral/hyperspectral remote sensing (alteration mapping) with magnetics, resistivity/IP, and targeted geochem (pathfinder halos) to build probability cubes for concealed systems. RC drilling accelerates anomaly triage; diamond core captures structural and metallurgical controls. Geometallurgical domaining links sulfide content, grain size, and gangue to process response, informing a flowsheet that fits the ore (gravity concentration, CIL/CIP, flotation/POX or bio‑oxidation for refractory ore; thiosulfate/glycine where cyanide is restricted).
We standardize DfMA (Design for Manufacture & Assembly) modules—crushing/screening, milling, gravity, leach, adsorption, detox, elution/electrowinning, and smelting—so early phases start quickly and expand as resource confidence grows. Plants are sized to power and water envelopes we co‑develop with our energy and water teams. Tailings are engineered for dry‑stack or paste where feasible; all plants target closed‑loop water with cyanide detox and rigorous monitoring.
Where scale and policy allow, we design in‑country refining to produce 99.99% bullion under accredited protocols; otherwise we integrate with accredited refineries while building the domestic pathway. Full assay documentation, bar numbering, chain‑of‑custody, and vaulting are standard. For silver and PGMs, we define parallel value streams (doré splits, separate refining routes) and promote local mint products where they support brand, tourism, or savings programs.
Security is engineered, not improvised: hardened gold rooms, tamper‑evident packaging, dual‑control custody, bonded hubs, and secure convoys with telemetry. A single traceability spine (tagging and ledger entries) follows ore → doré → bullion—interoperable with our energy/minerals custody systems so compliance costs are amortized across sectors.
We route bullion on sovereign‑aligned corridors that share metering, insurance, and customs protocols with refined fuels and mineral concentrates—reducing chokepoint risk and retaining tariffs at home. Multi‑route options provide resilience; vault‑to‑vault logistics preserve custody and financing flexibility.
Commodity‑linked facilities (streaming/royalty), inventory finance, and gold‑backed instruments reduce fiscal strain while protecting future upside. Hedging (forwards/swaps) smooths early cash flow; diversified offtake reduces counterparty risk. Transparent ESG data and custody unlock ESG‑sensitive capital.
We embed FPIC where applicable, local content plans, training academies, SME supplier programs, biodiversity plans, and grievance channels. Safety, cyanide management, water quality, and rehabilitation are measured and published. Tailings integrity is instrumented and independently reviewed.
We deploy real‑time telemetry on plants and security, advanced process control for recovery, and dashboards for production, ESG, and custody. That single pane of glass serves ministries, financiers, and communities with consistent, verifiable data.
Resource conversion rate; recovery by domain; time to first bullion; water recycle ratio; TRIFR/LTIFR; tailings factor of safety; % refined in‑country; local‑content share; custody/traceability coverage; realized pricing vs. benchmark.
A bankable, sovereign‑aligned precious‑metals platform that turns geology into reserves, reserves into bullion, and bullion into macro stability and national leverage—underwritten by shared infrastructure and verifiable ESG.
Structured investment vehicles designed to align sovereign interests with strategic resource development.
